I’m pretty sure half of the photos I took have Madeline laughing in them. The joy that she feels is something I wish everyone had, because it brings so much joy to the people around her. Not even the freezing wind during the rooftop portrait session could wipe the smiles off of their faces, and they surrounded themselves with people that are the same. I’ve heard a wide variety of speeches over my many years as a wedding photographer. There is a huge range: sentimental, awkward, short, VERY LONG, the tear jerker, just plain bad, and hilarious. And this evening the best man speech had everyone laughing so hard. My favorite line was that, “Madeline and Logan are the perfect couple. They look like they could be on the cover of a Sandals Resort Catalog.” And it is so true! They are a beautiful couple, but on top of that, they are just some of the nicest people I’ve met. So relaxed, so fun, so down to earth, and full of joy. Madeline and Logan I pray you have the ability to keep that joy central in your marriage as you continue this lives together. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of this amazing day! And thanks for braving the cold with smiles on your faces!
